Whilst the school endeavours to cater for all students that apply, a cap applies for total student numbers each year. This number will increase each year until the schools full capacity of approx. 100 is reached in 2014. The reason for this is that the school wants to maintain small class sizes to cater for the individual needs of each student.
Even when the total school population falls below the defined enrolment limits, vacancies may not necessarily exist in all strands or in all subject levels. Enrolment Applications are preferred at the beginning of the school year; however students are welcome to apply anytime through-out the school year.
Before applying for an enrolment, please make sure you have read the Enrolment Policy, the student & parent handbook and YMCA Child Protection Policy that can be downloaded below. Once all the above has been read you can then download the Referral / Enrolment Application Form.
Please then return the completed Enrolment Application form, and required documentation (stated on the form) to the postal address indicated on the document.
